Portal Tutorial Revised 5/5/2020
1. Go to https://wymedicaid.portal.conduent.com
2. Select Provider
3. Select Provider Portal from the left hand navigation bar
4. Enter you User ID and Password
5. Click on Log In
6. Select Electronic Attachments
7. Enter the Pay-to Provider NPI/Provider number
8. Enter the Client ID number
9. Enter the Claim From and To Date of Service
10. Enter the TCN. This must be the In Process TCN.
11. Enter the Attachment Control Number. This can be alphanumerical and can include a decimal (.) or hyphen (-).
12. Use the Drop down box to choose the Attachment Type
13. Click Browse, find your attachment
14. Click Upload
