How many items you choose & the quantity

will depend on the length and the

nature of the event.

*For a pre-dinner cocktail hour or a relatively

short one or two hour light reception, we

recommend 4-6 "pieces" per guest.

*For a longer reception of 2 - 3 hours or

during a meal time we recommend 8-10

“pieces” per guest.

*For a reception that will constitute an entire

meal we suggest, 12-15 “pieces”.
