• Just coming from the parking you see the house

of Aerides in the best spot of the land with the

best open sea view!

• After taking your pictures and watching the

barbeque then you see the main door waiting for

you.

• Opposite is the living room ,on the left is the

bathroom and wooden stairs driving you up at

the loft (inside the wooden skeleton of the roof of

the house.)(with a P on the plan)

• In the living room there is a fire place ideal

for the winter time , can heat all the house

. Of course there is a central heating as

also the air conditioner which is for hot and

cold air. A big couch for 8 -10 pers !!? (its

like the Fiat advert!! )and the TV corner

with stereo and satellite TV+ a good

collection of classical music and DVD –

movies for everybody!! And the best! the

DVD Channel you can see In all the TV in

the house…!!

We are ready for everything !!who knows ,might

somebody feeling cold ?

This toilet is for the guests and the loft

on the left of the entrance other stairs drive you at

the lower floor where the master room,with his

bathroom and the quest room with toilet too.

(lets call it floor 0 where are two bedrooms with

their bathrooms and a separate studio.
