The church participates in God’s holistic mission

A task ahead: coherence and balance in holistic mission

The LWF has many centers! (polycentric nature of the LWF)

Every church has something to give;

Every church is in need to receive;

The need to engage in transcontextual dialogue

Solus contextus? (context alone?)

Inclusive communion

Quotas ensure space, but not participation

The LWF belongs to the member churches

Diakonia at the heart of the LWF

No to a « communio incorvata in se ipsa »

(communion curved in on itself)

Man has survived hitherto Because he was too ignorant to know

How to realize his wishes.Now that he can realize them,He must either change them

Or perish.
