RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGEPUL RONGSOKAN ONLINE
DITINJAU DARI ASPEK BISNIS PADA BANDAR RONGSOK BANDUNG
ABSTRAK
Kita sering memerhatikan banyaknya seorang pengepul rongsokan berlalu
lalang di sekitar perumahan, gang-gang, maupun jalan raya mencari sampah
rongsokan yang masih bisa di daur ulang. Permasalahan yang terjadi sekarang
adalah setiap pengepul rongsokan harus mengetuk setiap pintu rumah untuk
mendapatkan rongsokan yang tentunya hal ini akan sangat mengganggu pemilik rumah. Selain merugikan dan mengganggu pemilik rumah, hal tersebut juga akan
menguras tenaga seorang pengepul, karena dia harus berkeliling ke setiap rumah
tanpa ada kepastian akan mendapatkan rongsokan yang pengepul cari.
We often find many refuse collectors pass around housing complex, alleys,
and streets to look for garbage that can be recycled. The problem that happens is
eery refuse collector has to knock on eery door to ask for the garbage !hich
!ould be ery disturbing for the homeo!ners. "part from disturbing the
homeo!ners, it !ould also exhaust the refuse collectors since they hae to come
to eery house !ithout any certainty of getting the garbage they look for.
Pada proses pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metoda deskriptif
dengan obserasi dan !a!ancara. Sedangkan untuk pendekatan yang digunakan
dalam merancang sistem yang dibangun penulis menggunakan pendekatan ##P
$Object Oriented Programming % dengan alat bantu seperti skenario usecase,
diagram usecase, diagram aktifitas, diagram kolaborasi, diagram se&uence dan
kelas diagram. 'ntuk metoda pengembangan yang digunakan dalam merancang
sistem yang akan di bangun, penulis menggunakan metoda pengembangan
prototype. (una menyelesaikan permasalahan diatas, maka dibangun sebuah
sistem dengan media berupa website dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkatlunak pendukung seperti Sublime Text ) dan *"+PP.

diagram. The deelopment method used by the author in deeloping the proposed
system is the prototype deelopment method. To oercome the aforementioned
problem, a system !ill be built by using media in the form of a !ebsite using a
ariety of soft!are support such as Sublime Text ) and *"+PP.

asil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem dengan nama Sistem
Pengepul ongsokan #nline ditinjau dari "spek /isnis pada /andar ongsok
/andung. Sistem ini diharapkan bisa menjadi sarana yang dapat mempermudahseorang penegepul dan pemilik rongsokan untuk bertransaksi secara mudah dan
saling menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihak, juga memberikan profit lebih bagi
pihak /andar ongsok /andung.
The result of this study is a system named Sistem Pengepul ongsokan
#nline $#nline (arbage0efuse 1ollector% in terms of business aspects in efuse
1ollector /andung. This system is expected to be a useful tool to facilitate the
refuse collectors and refuse0garbage o!ners to transact more easily and more
profitably as !ell as proide more profit for the refuse collectors in /andung.
