Introduction of amorphous alloyRaw materials are melted down in induction furnace, melt jet is quenched at 106℃ per second to form an amorphous strip. Atoms are solidified before crystallization to have non-crystalline structures like glass resulting in excellent properties as a soft magnetic metal.

Patented amorphous core manufacturing process is adopted resulting in superior low core loss and with low load loss design of coil increasing the transformer efficiency greatly, no-load loss of the transformer is about 70~80% lower than the traditional silicon ones.

Non-polluted insulating materials and low energy consumption amorphous alloy are adopted as well as the energy saving characteristics of the transformer, achieve the goal of less CO2 emission and environment friendly.

The non-inflammable epoxy resin is adopted for casting coils of the transformers to have excellent dust-proof, anti-moisture and high insulating abilities, the coil has passed the C2/E2/F1 test of IEC 60076-11 ensuring the operation safety.

Patented three-phase three-leg amorphous core structure owned by Tatung is adopted for the transformer resulting in very low noise level (lower than the NEMA standard about 3~5dB). The low operating temperature due to low losses help longer life span of the transformer.
