MaterialTabby- A network of sea walls constructed of Tabby, a locally made mixture of crushed oyster shells, sand, and lime based mortar, was constructed during the 18th ad 19th century alongthe Charleston waterfront to protect residents from flooding.

Brick- The current parking area on Market Street will become outdoor retail joined with Concorde street using brick pavers that will slow traffic and signify a pedestrian area.
