ABOUT THE CHAIRMAN: Jerry Sikes, CHA/RRP – Serves as President of Professional Resort Operators, Inc. [ dba PRO Management] based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Chairman Sikes began his hospitality career over 40 years ago and his involvement in the Timeshare Industry in the mid-1970s with development of the Lime Tree Beach Resort on Lido Key near Sarasota, Florida. Jerry is one of the few individuals to hold the highest professional certi�ication from both the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). He is also Trustee member of the ARDA, is currently the Chairman of ARDA-Arizona, serves on ARDA’s Management Committee, ARDA-ROC Committee and is on assignment with the Membership Committee with special interest in the area of HOA membership increases. Mr. Sikes is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences both regionally & nationally. Jerry was a contributing author of a weekly column titled With Regards for an Internet Timeshare Newspaper (The Timeshare Beat). In 2002 Jerry was nominated and the recipient of the coveted ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) Volunteer of the Year.

ABOUT THE VICE CHAIRMAN: Ms. Siegert-Free has been with the Christie Lodge since July 1984. Lisa also serves on the ARDA Meetings Committee, Resort Management Committee, Membership Committee and the HOA Outreach Committee on which she serves as Vice Chair. Lisa currently chairs the Referral/Vendor Recruitment Sub-Committee and also serves on the Executive Committee for ARDA Colorado. Lisa has worked on the CIRA Guidelines Task Force, and on the Subcommittee Property Management - CIRA/Reserves. She also chaired the Subcommittee Finance Committee for the HOA Lending Project and worked on the Homeowners Association Chart of Accounts subcommittee. Lisa has been a speaker at past ARDA & CAI meetings on subjects such as: Resales, Reserves, Human Resources, Customer Service, Pro�it Centers, CIRA Guidelines, and Financial Planning for Associations.
