So given this background ofAgenda 21, you might not besurprised to hear that I do not buythe idea that the extremes of weather

that are devastating independent andfamily farmers in rural communitiesboth sides of the Atlantic are due tosome natural phenomena. It is far too

much of a gift to Agenda 21 and allthat goes with it for me to accept thecoincidence scenario.

Not only does it drive ruralcommunities into the cities; it alsoallows bloodline corporations to buythe abandoned land for cents on the

dollar and increase their control onthe global food chain which isintended, if this process is allowedto continue, to be total and without

competition from any other source.Then there is another simple fact:

manipulation of the weather is child’s

play with the technology nowavailable, especially the facility inAlaska known as the High FrequencyActive Auroral Research Program, or

HAARP. I explained in Remember Who You Are  how in 1969 aRockefeller family insider, DrRichard Day, head of the

Rockefeller-funded Planned Parent-hood, inexplicably told doctors at apaediatricians event in Pittsburgh,

Pennsylvania, how the world was

going to dramatically change inaccordance with a secret plan.

The long list of changes and

impositions that he listed that nighthave all happened or are happeningmore than 40 years later. Among

them was: “The weather will bemodified and used as a weapon ofwar to create drought or famine.”

This was, in fact, a speciality of hisbecause Dr. Richard Day was a

weather manipulation operativeduring World War II.

This is how far back themanipulation of the weather goes

(and then some) and this led to United

Nations treaties in which countriesagreed not to mess with the weather.

Why would they go to all thattrouble if it were not possible?

The inventor, engineer andtechnological genius, Nikola Tesla

(1856-1943) was manipulating theweather in the first part of the 20thcentury and HAARP is based on histechnology.

Bernard Eastlund, who securedthe original HAARP patents on behalf

of ARCO Power Technologies Inc.(APTI), a subsidiary of oil giant AtlanticRichfield, mentions Tesla in hisHAARP submissions.

Tesla generated lighting strikes

and caused the ground to shake soviolently that on one occasionthousands of windows in the areawere broken before he could turn off

his machine. His artif icially-generated lighting storms

unintentionally started hundreds oforest fires and blew out electricagrids in two states.

Now almost a century later we

have HAARP which can do what

Tesla did and so much more.HAARP directs high-powered

radio waves into the ionosphere inthe upper atmosphere and thismakes the ionesphere vibrate insympathy with the HAARP beam.

This vastly increases the powerof the beam when it is deflectedback to earth.

This can cause earthquakes and

dramatically change weathepatterns depending on how the

beam is encoded.I said in Remember Who You

Are that HAARP could manipulatethe jet streams and alter the naturawest-to-east path of high or low

pressure systems and this is nowthe very phenomenon blamed byweather forecasters for the Britishsummer deluge of 2012.

Jet streams are caused by theplanet’s rotation and atmospheric heating and the HAARP technologysuperheats the ionosphere.

Record breaking freak weather isvery straight forward with thistechnology, including the ‘SuperOutbreak’ of 300 tornadoes between

April 25th and 28th last year thatkilled more than 300 people in theUnited States. At one point there

were 118 tornadoes within 24 hours.The devastating drought in the US

this summer and the record rains inBritain are well within the potential

of HAARP and its connectedtechnology around the world. I knowthat some people say that it is being

caused by changes in the sun andno doubt solar changes are

happening.This summer of extreme weather

is just too good for Agenda 21 for meto accept the ‘natural’ explanationbecause it gives the manipulators somany ‘must-haves’ on the wish-list:

family farms brought to theireconomic knees; devastated cropsto trigger food shortages and sky-

high prices; and a major propagandacoup for the myth of human-causedclimate change.

The dreadful summer weather is

the latest blow to British farmers afteryears of falling incomes caused bychanges in the law to direct the greatmajority of farm subsidies to the

biggest producers - the agribusinesscorporations. It is estimated that 80%of farm subsidies within the

European Union go to 20% offarmers. An article on the CorporateWatch website said:

Annual surveys by Deloitte &Touche show that the average net farm income fell dramatically from 

£80,000 in 1995/6 to £8,000 in 2000 and to £2,500 during 2001.

The average net farm income has since recovered somewhat, to £10,100 in 2001/2002, and to £12,500 in 2002/3.

But incomes for predominantly small farmers, remain well below the minimum wage.

69% of farmers are still reliant on farming as their primary source of income. But an increasing number 

of farmers now work part-time off the farm, relying on this non-farm income to support their businesses.

When you are taking a second jobto be able to stay in business the endis clearly nigh and that is the idea. Itis harder to clear the rural lands in

Britain because the distancesinvolved are much smaller, it is farmore difficult to do without thepattern being exposed and the UK

is much more densely populatedbut it is happening.

When Prime Minister David

Cameron came to office in 2010 hetook everyone aback by announcingthe intention to sell off all of Britain’sstate forests in effect to corporations

He had not mentioned this in hiselection campaign because it wouldhave been politically fatal.

Instead he tried to do what mospolitical leaders do immediately they

come to power - get through highlyunpopular policies in the initia

honeymoon period. This time theruse failed in the face of enormouspublic opposition, but he’ll be seekingto sell those forests in any way he

can because it is part of Agenda 21So is his code-speak about creatinga ‘Big Society’.

‘Green’ groups in the UK whocan’t f ind a microphone quickenough to spout on about ‘climatechange’ played virtually no part in

this save-the-forests campaignbecause they are now tools oAgenda 21, often internally infiltratedto that end, and they are now the

poodle not the guard dog with regardto environmental policy.

If people do not get seriously

informed about Agenda 21, they haveno chance of understanding what ishappening in the world and their

local communities, why it ishappening, and where it is designedto lead.
