Professional Ethic modules(PEM): Students are required to study and sit an online module in Professional Ethics. It is
recommended that it be taken at the same time as P1 because there are lots of overlap between the two.
Practical Experience Requirement(PER): PER is the vital part of the ACCA qualification. It develops trainees professional knowledge and values, ethics and attitudes required to perform their work with
professional competence.
You must have 3 years relevant practical experience, which can be obtained before,
during or after your exams. Trainees record their practical experience using Trainee

you must use to plan and record your workplace achievement of the Practical
Experience Requirements (PER). Performance objectives are identified, reviewed
and signed off by a work place mentor. ACCA has introduced Annual Return to track
