THE BRIEF

USER JOURNEY RATIONALE

Campaign is divided into 3 segments:

• SEE the Journey

• SHARE the Journey

• START the Journey

“SEE” is where we carry on the conversation started through our ATL campaign. Key Visual device is that of suitcases to display 

the videos. Suitcase animates on selection and opens to show a vista of the destination before video plays. 

“SHARE” is where we get our audience to co-create our brand message, with the reward being a chance for your journey to be 

recreated by MAS. But in order to win, your journey has to get the maximum comments (remarks) from your friends (Journeys 

made remarkable). Visual device for journeys are postcards created thru selection of icons for destination, profile pics for 

people and text for the story.

“START” is where we urge (convert) our audience to book a ticket thru our Booking Engine within the Facebook environment.
