CLEAN PRINTERS PRINT BETTER PARTS !!!!

Go to SW and Preview Tip Links

� Be sure glass is clean and dry– If coating looks ‘wet’ beneath tray during coat test.

Remove and clean.

� Gasket should be dry and provide an even seal.

� Check Vacuum using Diagnostics under Advanced menu

� Vacuum Should be ~150 units below the Ambient [vacuum in image is not good]

� If vacuum is not adequate, remove material tray and check gasket location and condition.

� Check film coating

– View low and optimal coating and material level

videos under Tips on menu bar

– Verify no debris is in tray

� Check bottom of material tray before

inserting into printer.

– Remove dust and debris

– Bottom side should be ‘rough’

Material under film…need to remove and clean

Print Setup Check List

� Is printer clean?

� Is vacuum adequate?

� Is coating clean?

� Is material level in tray correct?

If answer is yes to all 4-checks…Go to Prints selection on menu bar and choose New to open SW to create print
