I have successfully Implemented SAP Customer Processes and Supply Processes with great success at the Retail Centres in Gauteng West / South Regions including, certified SAP Supply Processes business coach, trained and certified competency of staff on SAP Supply and Customer Processes, store development and conversion of Sales Centres to Gas & Gear Centres, worked on the Six Sigma project on reduction of credit notes processed and assisted in formulating a Retail end to end process.
Within my role as Risk / Compliance Manager at Afrox, I have ensured to the best of my ability and knowledge that measures are put in place to mitigate against severe Risks identified within a Business Unit or Department. - Perform annual risk assessment and risk ranking exercise on all Afrox branches and business units
- Assess levels of Risk within a Business Unit or process, advise on mitigation against the risk based on policy / process, regulatory requirements.
- Formulate compliance audit plans based on risk assessment and risk ranking process
