Sallet of Lemons

Ingredients:

• 4 large lemons

• 6 tablespoons of sugar (raw sugar works best if you can find it)

Preparation:

1. Wash the lemons

2. Dry the lemons

3.Use a vegetable peeler to remove narrow strips, peel

lengthways, half an inch apart and reserve.

4. Slice the lemons as thinly as possible

5. Remove seeds

6. Arrange the slices on a plate in an X pattern

7. Sprinkle the sugar over the lemons

8. Garnish with the

lemon peel

Serve the dish and enjoy!
