Here are the ingredients

300g corn flour

200 g corn 00

250 g of lard or butter

200 g apples

170 g dried figs

50 g raisins

50 g candied citron

50 g candied pumpkin

5 g baking powder for cakes

aniseed

aniseed liqueur or brandy

PREPARATION
