The 36e8 project today takes a lighter approach to perception, overall dimensions and solidity for kitchen suites; this design approach is totally revolutionary: our kitchen non-kitchen suites break awayfrom rigid outlines and modularity to create astonishing volumes and forms. This innovation expressesthe “fourth project dimension” to evoke trees, clouds, lobsters, etc… Storage units can be positioned horizontally or vertically and combined in infinite ways around a hypothetical grid (36.8cm x 36,8cm)ensuring both design freedom and excellent formal composition. Household settings are often over-loaded with high-tech devices - yet LAGO on the other hand believesthat more love, harmony and warmth are essential. The semiotic innovation of the “fourth dimension” is both very attractive and also ensures excellent responses in practical and functional terms without forgetting that the primary function is "cooking".

The kitchen suites system develops around three macro areas: bases, wall units and N.O.W cupboards.The bases are 67 cm deep, and fully integrate with 56 cm versions, for housing a dishwasher (which can also be suspended), cooking top and sink.The bases can also be fitted with the top flush with the door to disguise perception completely and,thanks to the Touch System opening device available on request, the drawers can be opened simply by pressing them delicately. Nor should we overlook the lightness of these compositions, backed up bythe possibility of suspending the bases from the wall - and such suspension can continue into the middleof the room thanks to extra-clear plate crystal supports (starphire). The tops are available in glass aswell as other materials. All the doors of 36e8 kitchen suites are available in polished or matt glass in the full LAGO colour range.The wall units boast totally innovative design in the kitchen world through internal and external lacquering. An added feature of the wall units is elegant edge finishing in aluminium that also protectsthe product against wear and tear. The cupboards also boast the concept that inspired the N.O.W. wardrobe. This revolutionary systemis simply expanded through a series of accessories and equipment for kitchens: pull-out trays, large drawers, cutlery tray and functional smaller drawers in aluminium. The most significant variant in theN.O.W. system is the possibility of internal integration of refrigerators and ovens. The doors of the tall refrigerator unit include the N.O.W. opening system, while the oven has a foldingdoor with overall dimensions of just 30 cm.

La cucina 36e8 è un progetto che alleggerisce la percezione di ingombro e pienezza delle cucine vistesino ad oggi; l’approccio progettuale è totalmente rivoluzionario: nasce la cucina non-cucina che si sgancia dai rigidi schemi compositivi e consente di creare volumi e forme sorprendenti. Questa innovazione dà voce alla “quarta dimensione del progetto” che è in grado di evocare alberi, nuvole, aragoste, etc… I contenitori, posizionabili orizzontalmente e verticalmente, possono esserecomposti in modo infinito su un’ipotetica griglia (36,8 cm x 36,8 cm) che lascia libertà di composizione, tenendo equilibri formali eccellenti. Agli ambienti domestici, spesso sovraccarichi di oggetti dalle elevate prestazioni tecnologiche, LAGO crede invece nel bisogno di più amore, armonia e calore. L’innovazione semiotica della “quarta dimensione” , pur essendo accattivante, garantisce risposte eccellenti in termini di praticità e funzionalità senza dimenticare che la funzione primaria rimane cucinare.

Il sistema cucine è concepito in tre macro aree: basi, pensili e dispense N.O.W.Le basi, profonde 67cm e integrabili con quelle profonde 56cm, accolgono lavastoviglie (che può ancheessere sospesa), piano cottura e lavello. Le basi, inoltre, danno la possibilità di avere il top a filo antacosì che venga a mancare completamente la sua percezione e, grazie al sistema di apertura Touch System su richiesta, i cassetti possono essere aperti con una leggera pressione. Non è da dimenticare, inoltre, la leggerezza delle composizioni supportata dalla possibilità di sospendere le basi al muro, sospensione che può continuare al centro stanza grazie ai supporti in lastra di cristallo extrachiaro (starphire). I top, oltre ad essere disponibili in vetro, sono disponibili anchein altri materiali. Tutte le ante delle cucine 36e8 sono disponibili in vetro lucido e opaco nelle varianti colori LAGO.I pensili sono concepiti in modo totalmente innovativo per il mondo della cucina per via della laccaturainterna ed esterna. Il plus dei pensili è la finitura dei bordi in alluminio che conferisce al prodotto resistenza alle ammaccature e raffinatezza. Le dispense si avvarranno del concept dell’armadio N.O.W. Questo rivoluzionario sistema viene semplicemente dotato di una serie di accessori e attrezzature per la cucina: vassoi estraibili, cestoni,portaposate e funzionali cassetti in alluminio. La variante più significativa del sistema N.O.W. è la possibilità di integrare internamente frigorifero e forni. L’apertura delle ante della colonna frigo si avvalgono del sistema di aperture di N.O.W. mentre l’antadel forno si apre a soffietto, il cui ingombro è di appena 30cm.

Dispensa N.O.W.

Il successo di N.O.W. viene allargato all’utilizzoper le dispense cucina, è possibile infatti averedispense al centimetro grazie al sistema N.O.W. La variante più significativa è quella di integrareinternamente frigorifero e forni. L’apertura delleante della colonna frigo si avvalgono del sistema di aperture di N.O.W. mentre l’anta delforno si apre a soffietto il cui ingombro è di appena 30cm.

Cucina-libreria

Siamo testimoni di una contaminazione sempre più accentuata tra gli ambienti: la cucina si integra con la zona living. Grazie all’integrazionedel sistema 30mm con il sistema36e8, progettare composizioni integrate cucina-libreria, diventafacile e arreda in modo nuovoanche dove non c’è molto spazioa disposizione.

There is by now increasing inter-play between home settings:kitchens integrate with livingrooms. Thanks to integration between the 30mm and the36e8 systems, designing integrated kitchen-bookshelf compositions is easier than ever, ensuring a new design approach even when there is not much space available.

Cucine di un tempo

Le nuove cucine 36e8, propriocome le cucine di un tempo, offrono l’opportunità di comporrei loro elementi staccati gli unidagli altri, non certo a scapito dell’armonia e della coerenza. In questa composizione il nuovofrigorifero Free Standing N.O.W. è in versione monocromatica; le fasce di vetro sono, però, personalizzabili all’infinito cromaticamente.

The new 36e8 kitchen suites, justlike those of the past, can also becomposed as separate units without affecting harmony and coherence. In this composition, the new FreeStanding N.O.W. refrigerator is a single-colour version; the glassbands, nevertheless, can be customised with an infinite rangeof colours.
