They are the keystones of the leadership which will support to lead our company to the digital age. This new culture of leading is an integral part of the HR strategy and is binding for all executives worldwide. L2W consists the following elements: Short -Term / Long -Term Incentive Plan, Share Matching Plan, Performance dialogue and the L2Win-Award. The L2W-Award was implemented with the aim to honor outstanding efforts and results of teams worldwide.
Deutsche Telekom's executives aim in all of their actions at the success of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The company has launched a new corporate strategy to become the leading European telecommunications provider. This ambition is manifested in Lead to Win (L2W), the newly implemented leadership culture. The following three new leadership principles describe these challenges.

The participants showed great interest in the L2W-Award 2015/16, nothing proves better than the huge number of application. The teams were highly motivated and wanted to share their ideas and success. Based on this result the L2W-Award goes to the second round.

From a financial responsibility perspective the team build and combined projects to connect the unconnected people, helping people and youngsters to prevent or control their debts and educate children to use their services on a proper way stimulating them to a better and safer base to participate in society. Side-effects: more customers paying their bills, nice PR, a good reputation therefore a good base to grow their business.

Projectdescription
Implementation of the new tool “Fraud Detection System”. This is the first-of-its-kind system of corporate fraud detection, analysis & alerts
using BigData technology. It is a unique solution not only in DT Group but also in the world. The project was implemented by the Security Department in cooperation with Project Portfolio Department and IT Department support.
PAN IP is a transformation program in the Europe & Technology segment that aims at setting up a completely new way of Telco production across DT's European footprint. In the future, DT will bundle its production infrastructure
and operations across all our European NatCos: we will move from a de-centralized, NatCo-per-NatCo-approach to a cross-national, integrated production infrastructure based on cloud virtualization, the so-called "PAN NET".
