Rita Ranch – East/Southeast Tucson

Families looking to move to a more affordable area that still boasts an excellent value shouldconsider moving to the Tucson neighborhood Rita Ranch. Many of the homes feature largeryards, making it well suited for families. It is also close to the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base,making the neighborhood home to many military families as well.

Dove Mountain – Northwest Tucson

While much smaller in population size than other areas around Tucson, Dove Mountain is aquiet and distant community at the foot of the Tortolita Mountains. Over half an hour awayfrom the actual Tucson city, Dove Mountain is a place for those looking to get a good deal awayfrom cities and perhaps engage in a little golf.

Oro Valley

The Oro Valley also rests on the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, but on the western-most part. The area is home to many tech firms and start-up businesses, in the vein of Austin,Texas. Because of this, income is much higher than other places in Arizona, and populationgrowth has been increasing over the years. The area has quickly grown into a large town in itsown right.

Central Tucson

Home to the University of Arizona, as well as libraries, theaters, and any anything else youcould expect to find in a downtown setting, the Central Tucson area is the liveliest part of thecity.
