The course is designed around
the theories and concepts
such as child rights, gender &
peace, environmental security,
religious diversity, diplomacy
and so forth.

Pick-up from Jodhpur
Combines yoga and peace work.
sound (mantra), breathing
(pranayama), hand gestures (mudra),
poses (asana), and meditation
(dhyana).
Each class is centered around a theme
of life (Compassion, Strength, Balance),
an area of peace work such as
Environment, Gender, War, Children,
etc., a moral consideration from yoga
(eg., Yamas, Niyamas), and a type of
yoga (Gentle Flow, Power, Restorative,
Yin, and Kundalini).

Jodhpur (The blue city)
