The “magic” of Mont Blanc as seen from Italy. The Magic of Mont Blanc: A Photojourney monkeysandmountains.com /mont-blanc-photos While there’s no doubt that Mont Blanc is magical – especially the wildflowers, this post is a bit tongue in cheek. You see I had my new Olympus camera with me and was trying to get more contrast between the glacier covered Mont Blanc and the white clouds. I discovered a magic setting that seemed to do the trick. My photos looked really good on the screen. It wasn’t until I got home, downloaded them that I saw the true effect of the magic setting. Not exactly the look I was going for! Especially on 80% of my photos! But in the meantime, enjoy the magic of Mont Blanc: Although the Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) comprises France, Italy and Switzerland, you’ll notice there are no pictures of Switzerland included in here. That’s because of the two days we hiked in Switzerland, Mont Blanc was covered in clouds and rain for an entire day. The other day offered OK views of the summit, but nothing special. It’s worth noting
