stretching. Each pose flows into the next without pause, ensuring that bodies

are in frequent motion. Tai chi has many different styles. Every style may subtly

focus on various tai chi rules and methods. There are variations within each

style. Some styles may give attention to health maintenance, while others give

attention to the martial disciplines aspect of tai chihuahua.
