The course was designed by celebrated architect Donald Steel, who’s worked on every Open Championship venue in the country: the 15th hole on the Jubilee course at St Andrews is named ‘Steel’s Gem’ in his honour. Such a pedigree makes this one of the most popular Championship courses in the North-West – which is why we’ve introduced an online tee booking facility, allowing you to reserve your start time in advance.

C orporate & society golf packagesShrigley Hall Hotel, Golf & Country Club is the perfect venue for entertaining colleagues, clients or business associates. We tailor a package specifically to our clients’ requirements, to suit different budgets for groups of 8 or more. All packages include free use of the hotel’s leisure facilities, including gym and pool as well as the Clubhouse’s private function room, and we’ll happily place your chosen signs or banners around the course during your event. Plus, our club pros will be at your disposal to provide advice, scoring, and if you so wish, a little friendly competition…
