The dishes produced by the Executive Chef and team is of a high standard, in both presentation and in taste. Our restaurant offers different choices of multi-national exquisite worldwide foods with superb authentic flavour ranging from Chinese, Indian, European as well as Traditional Ugandan foods to tantalize your ultimate taste buds. We offer a wide selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner to suit your ultimate hunger anytime, anywhere. Buffets and set menus, set of vegetarian choices and refreshing drinks plus afternoon tea which you can take from our restaurant veranda, with a stunning view over the forest and mountains of Bwindi.

Superior rooms are fitted with twin beds with en-suite bathroom, flush toilets, overhead shower that supplies hot and cold water, all rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. • luggage storage cabins - Trash cans- A fire place for each superior cabin- Comfortable chairs- Reading chair and table in the superior cabins

Community Liaison

Ruhija Gorilla Lodge levies $2 per guest to help fund the short falls in the schools as a way of putting back some resources to the community, the lodge also encourages the guests to visit the schools to explore what additional assistance they can mobilize in their own capacities normally its scholastic materials etc…

• The new features and additions, is due to our continued desire to have new innovative ways of providing memorable guest experiences while staying with us. We recently hosted a science workshop and over 100 delegates this means that we have now added a conferencing package onto the services we now offer

•  • Ruhija Gorilla lodge had been undergoing the following several developments• 1. We have roofed all the deluxe and Superior cottages with Bamboo thus beautifying the cottages

and also reducing the noise that was being caused by the rains.

• 2. We have introduced Carpets in the rooms and added to the cosiness and comfort of clients.• 3. All superior rooms get their fire places lit in the evening thus enhancing the ambience in the

lodge• 4. We provide complementary water and tea during the meal for all clients.• In house gift shop / craft shop• We accept major credit card company in the Lodge• Free WIFI connection
