Bin Majid Hotels & Resorts is a growing chain of hotels in the UAE with 25 years of experience in the tourism industry. UAE offers unique tourism attractions with the fusion of traditional Arabian charm, hospitality and modern-day infrastructures.

Customer Case Studies: Hotel National & Hotel Concorde

Right after launching Customer Search™, the world’s first search engine for guest profiles, Hotel Concorde in Frankfurt was one of the first hotels to use the engine on a daily basis, uploading their arrival lists, detecting influential guests in advance and providing them with the best service available.
Marc Prokop of Hotel Concorde states his experience in the following way:
The four- and three-star properties are managed by the same Reputami Customer. Using Reputami's semantic review analytics he realized that the reviews about the breakfast in his four-star property, delivered by a dedicated catering service, were much more negative than in his three-star property, where the in-house team prepared the breakfast by themselves.
Just a few days after swapping the catering service against a new in-house breakfast the customer satisfaction in reviews covering the topic of „breakfast“ increased dramatically - and so did his overall rating on the various review portals.
We are experiencing a lot more positive reviews since pro-actively leveraging the influencers among our guests.
