Pre Start Check List
Gas off
Bike rack secure
Mains cable stowed and cupboard door secured
Leveling ramps stowed away
Table leg clipped to the floor
TV bracket locked (screw to tighten and lock arms in place)
All overhead cupboards shut and locked
Roof lights closed and locked down
Gas hob lid down
Work surfaces clear of loose items
Windows closed and locked (at motorway speeds it may rip them off
completely)
Shower head placed in tray (to prevent falling off and cracking tray)
Toilet cassette in closed position
Bathroom window closed and door locked shut
Driver and passenger seat rotated forward and locked
Fresh water – check levels and fill as required
Waste water – check levels and empty as required
Empty toilet cassette into chemical waste facility
Adjust wing mirrors (can you see the rear wheel?)
Consider the extra length of motorhome, and run wider when cornering
