Why did we go to Jamaica?

Through service, we are able to meet the needs of others,

build community, gain experience, and learn about

ourselves and the world.

• The annual average temperature is 81

degrees

• Jamaica is a very mountainous country

• The main agricultural export crops are:

Where did we stay?

What did we eat?

What did we do?

What did we learn?

We learned a lot about Jamaica and the culture.

We learning that it is important to make a difference.

We learned that we are all connected, we all have

something beautiful to bring to the table, and that we all

have something to learn from each other.

Why was it important?

It was important to recognize that even though there are many differences,

there are also so many similarities.

By learning about other people, it helps you learn about yourself
