Red Fort

• It is located in Delhi.• It was built in 1638.• The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal

emperors of India for nearly 200 years, until

1857.• The Red Fort was built as the

fortified palace of Shahjhanabad

QUTUB MINAR

• QUTUB MINAR is located in Delhi.• QUTUB MINAR is also called QUTB or QATAB.• It is also 2nd largest minar in India.• QUTUB MINAR is made of red sandstone and

Marble.• It was constructed was 1192.• QUTUB MINAR was not built by one

person but three rulers viz Qutb-ud-din

Ayabak.

CHAR MINAR

• It was located in Hyderabad.• It was built by Mohammed

Quli Qutb Shah in 1591.• It has four towers each with

height of 53 meters.
