OGX National EP Management Pilot  

MC 1415 of AIESEC in Italy is happy to launch the pilot for the regions were, in the past term, completely under the control of the MC according to the regional policies. 

The aim of this iniciative is to empower the LC and allow them to deliver more experiences with a better qualities to all of 

the participants all over the Country.Infact, the local EP management can ensure a better follow up 

and CEM to the participants.

The duration of the pilot is from July 1st, 2014 until October 31st, 2014. 

By that date we will be able to tell you the output of the pilot and if it can be implemented as a strategy.

We are assigning the competencies to the former national EPs to the LCs according to three different criterias:

fairness

How to find the EP of your competenciesOn Podio application on www.aiesec.it the applicants who don’t find their city 

will select ‘Altra città’ and they can write down their city:

LCs who has the competencies will have to filter the option ‘Altre città’ and contact the applicants from the cities in which they 

have competencies.

The applicants who insert foreign cities or cities in which AIESEC is present (but maybe they don’t see the option!) will be re-

adressed by Mariavittoria (GCDP) and Gianmarco (GIP) to the respective LC of competence, based on the territorial division.

Promotion regulationThe LCs whose a city/region has been assigned by 

this pilot cannot do any kind of promotion during the duration of the pilot, but has only competencies in processing the application 

received spontaneusly.

The applications received has to be anyway counted together with the applications collected with the ones received by the applicants of the previous competence, because they influence the conversion 

rate calculation.

If the applicants coming from the regions and cities previously said are finally RA, please mark it on the EP Auditing Tool 

when you ask to put the form on Avi.

These EPs have to be RA as a normal EP with the code of the LC and they count as an EP of the LC like any other on the 

operational point of view.
