DAY 01- (ARRIVE KATHMANDU)

Arrive Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport Transfer to Hotel Hyatt Regency Dinner and overnight at Hotel Hyatt Regency

Arrive Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport) Guest will be met and welcomed by our representative and guide. (Guest will be welcomed by flower garland as a sign for warm welcome in Nepalese Tradition) Inside the vehicle, we will provide mineral water with cold towels along with the detailed trips notes along with the map of Nepal

Guest will be transferred in private a/c private deluxe vehicle to Hotel Hyatt Regency. Our representative will escort the guest up to the hotel. DAY 02- (KATHMANDU/EVEREST- NAMCHE)

Transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport for flight to Everest on chartered Helicopters Breakfast at Everest View Hotel Face to Face with Everest by Chartered Helicopter Dinner and overnight at Hotel Sherpaland

Breakfast at Hyatt Regency FACE TO FACE WITH EVEREST

This will be one of the most amazing and memorable event in the life of anyone participating in this event. The guest will be flown in chartered helicopter for Everest region and after completion of Everest Amphitheater excursion and guests have lunch at Everest View Hotel (EVH).

08:00 hrs- Chartered helicopter will depart airport for Everest Excursion 09:00 hrs- Arrive Lukla airport for refueling Guest will fly over Nagarkot, Dolalghat, Charikot, Jiri, Lamjura and Junbesi to Lukla. After a stopover at Lukla for refueling (approx 5 minutes). Lukla (2800m) is the gateway to Everest. After refueling, guest will fly over to Everest. Guest will fly through over Namche village, Gokyo valley and emerald Gokyo lake to Lobuche. Eventually Cho Yu, Amadablam, Thamserku, Lhotse, Nuptse and Everest reveal in their glory. Namche Bazaar Namche Bazaar (3440m) is the unofficial capital of the Khumbu region of Nepal, and is a major stop-off point for trekkers and climbers heading for Mount Everest base camp. The village is located on crescent shaped mountain slopes that offer stunning views of the mountains across the valley Traditionally the village was a trading post, with locals bartering yak cheese and butter for agricultural goods grown at lower altitudes. However, after Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay's successful climb of Everest in 1953, the dynamics of the village changed forever as climbers and trekkers soon followed in their wake. At first the groups came in a trickle, but in the 60s and 70s this turned into a torrent, and being located at a confluence of trekking trails, Namche was best served to meet their needs. Pokhara valley is one of the most picturesque spot of Nepal. The beauty of Pokhara is enhanced by its lovely lakes, which have their source in the glacial region of the Annapurna range of the Himalayas. Situated 200 KM west of Kathmandu at an altitude of 827 meter from sea-level. For the mountain viewers Pokhara offers a magnificent view of Dhaulagiri, Machapuchre (Fishtail), five peaks of Annapurna and others. Pokhara is the only place in the world to provide such a dramatic views in a sub-tropical setting. Machapuchre, for example, is only 28 km from Phewa Lake and not a single mountain range intervenes between the two.

The main area for flying in Nepal is the Annapurna region, more specifically the Pokhara valley. This lakeside town is Nepal's second "city", nestled at the foot of the Annapurna Himal, the views commanded from here, of 3 of the worlds 8000m peaks, are unsurpassed. At an altitude of 800m ASL the subtropical climate means that, year round, it is short and T-shirt weather. The micro-climate of the valley makes it an ideal area for flying, with far more constant conditions than the Kathmandu valley 150 km east.
