Hyde Park• London's Hyde Park is one of the greatest city parks in the world.

There are 400 trees, a large lake, flower gardens. • You can enjoy swimming, boating, cycling and skating there. There

are pitches for team games, tennis courts, tracks for horse riding and a

wonderful children’s playground.

•The Park has two lakeside restaurants where

you can drink a cup of coffee. Hyde Park has a

number of nice buildings and monuments:

the Joy of Life fountain, Archiles statue, the

Diana Memorial Fountain.

St James`s Park• It is at the heart of London. Many ceremonial parades and

events of national celebrations are hold there. You can feed the pelicans every day at 2.30pm, and there are water birds, plus owls, woodpeckers and bats.

• This park has children’s playground, deck chairs, and guided walks. Also, you can watch the concerts at lunchtime and early evening.

The Regent’s Park• It was designed, it has beautiful rose gardens. • The Park is the largest outdoor sports area in

London, where people can play football, rugby, cricket. There are wild bird species. The Park hosts London Zoo, the Open Air Theatre, bandstands and a boating lake.

• There is a playground, sports facilities.

The Green Park• Lying between Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly,

It's a great place for sunbathing and picnics in the summer months.

• Green Park has no lakes, no buildings and few monuments, having only the Canada Memorial by Pierre Granche and the Constance Fund Fountain.

Kensington Gardens• They join Hyde Park at the end of the Serpentine. Park

includes the Italian Fountain Gardens and the Albert Memorial. The park is also home to Kensington Palace with its peaceful Italian Gardens, the Peter Pan statue and the seven-mile Diana Memorial Walk.
