Luxury Villa invites guests to dip themselves in special Balinese contemporary setting. Built as a

comfortable 4-bedroom luxury villa, guests will find that our villa is not just for the young but it is

perfect for families too. D'Kuwum Luxury Villa is intended to be a sophisticated family residence that

offers comforts and attentive personalized service.

Set in total 4.5 acre of land, the newly built Villa 3378 Luxury Villa is accomplished with full supply

and fully staffed. A wide private swimming pool, fully furnished kitchenette and private dinning area are

available in an open-air setting, making guest feel more spaciousness and relaxed atmosphere. The villa

style applies the modernity in its interior and exterior design, yet without losing its Balinese touch; for

instance, each bedroom is named after Balinese names like Wayan, Made, Nyoman, Ketut, and a

Balinese gazebo placed upstairs that can be accessed from the parking area.

Villa 3378 Luxury Villa has been accommodating jet-set life style started from middle of December

2011. Accessible merely 25-minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, Villa 3378

Accommodation

Master Bedroom "Wayan"

The spacious 7 x 5m air-conditioned master bedroom is called Wayan. Based on Balinese birth order

and culture, Wayan means the first born child of the family. This stylish master bedroom is well-

designed for couple and features king-sized bedroom, LCD TV with satellite channels, natural teak-

wood furniture, 2 bed-side lamps, a dressing, a safe deposit box, sliding glass door with direct access to

the swimming pool, and also en-suite bathroom with bathroom amenities including hot & cold water





and a bathtub for more pleasant and relaxing bathing experience.

Guest Bedrooms "Made", "Nyoman", and "Ketut"

Similar to Wayan, other three guestrooms are also named based on the Balinese birth order. Made is

the name of the second guestroom, Nyoman is for the third guestroom, and Ketut is for the fourth

guestroom. The three air-conditioned guestrooms are the same design and size which is 4.5 x 5m,

featuring double-sized bed and each room comes with en-suite bathroom that features hand basin as

well as hot & cold water. Each room attached by sliding glass door and faces the swimming pool that

can create an atmosphere of freshness. Moreover, all the guestrooms are furnished by teak-wood

furniture and LCD TV with satellite channels. A safe deposit box is also provided in each guestroom.

Dining & Kitchen

The open-air dining area is not just perfect for having breakfast; but the area is also cozy enough for

lounging, chilling out, or just for watching your favorite international satellite channel. Dining area and

our fully-equipped kitchen is adjoining. The entire dining area is made even attractive by the existence
