Are you travelling in a wheelchair or accompanying someone with reduced mobility? We do everything in our power to make sure your journey is a success from the time you reserve your ticket, the time spent in your iDBUS coach station and in your coach.

ACCESSIBILITYiDBUS coaches are equipped to accommodate wheelchair passengers. They have a special entrance and a lift. The seats next to your reserved spot slide out to make room for your wheelchair and guarantee you optimal comfort and safety. Your iDBUS steward and your captain are at your service as soon as you board.
iDBUS also offers a special service for passengers with reduced mobility. Our coaches are equipped with an access ramp and a row of special seats.
