How to share


Start by creating an account = ”Sign up” or login with your Face-book account = ”Sign in”

If you do the latter we will not ask for all your and your friends info.


On the ”Sign up” you register some basic information, required fields marked with *

”Display name” and the box ”Show name” next to it is optional. You can chose any Display name you want. This will enable users to search for other posts that you have entered, if they like what you write.


If you chose ”Sign in” with your Facebook account you can still complete your contact details on the page ”My profile”.


Once you have an account the ”My profile” page will have additional options.

You can chose a profile pic or logo.

You can allow other people to contact you (via a contact form, they will not see your email).

And you can add multiple subscriptions to get an email when something new is posted.


When you are logged in you can ”Add activities”.


Add headline and text.

Try to be informa-tive and interes-ting in the head-line (i.e. mention lenght of trails)

Note that you can copy and past for-mated text from for example Word including hyper-links that by de-fault will open in a new window.


Since formated text can be added note that the text is normally shown as white text on black background.

A font without ”serifs” like Arial or Verdana is then easier to read than fonts with ”serifs” (like Times).


After adding text you add Country.


After adding Country you need to chose Region and then City.

After chosing Region a data-base will load cities in that region.


After adding Region and City you enter the address.

If you dont have an address you can also give coordinates in the text box but this will not make the result show up in map search.

A good way to find an adress is to Google the attrac-tion, see next page.


Here you can often find the adress to enter in address field 1 and 2.


For each activity you can add up to 5 pictures. Please keep them small to make it easier for users to view if they have bad internet connec-tion (more than 50% is mobile today). Normally a widht of 6-800 px is enough and resolution be-tween 75-150 is OK for web.

If uncertain you can always change pics later!


By default you will get notifications if anyone comment on an activity you have registered. Untick this box if you dont whant that.

Now you can publish your activity.

Don’t worry, you can always edit or delete it later!


After publishing you get a confir-mation.

After that you can go to ”My Activity” if you want to Edit or Delete.


Here you chose Edit or Delete.


If you chose Edit you come to this page. If you want to change picture just chose a new one and add (you dont need to de-lete the old one first.

There must al-ways be a cover image so you can not delet this, but you can just change it accor-ding to the instruc-tions above.


Once finished don’t forget to share it with your friends on diffe-rent social media!
