Granja: quan vaig arribar a l’orfenat, la santa casa disposava d’una granja amb un munt d’animals d’on se’n treien fins a 5.000 ous la setmana!, nutritivament molt valuosos en indrets on els preus de la carn i el peix són prohibitius; així podien ser alimentariament independents i els infants, que col·laboraven en el manteniment i altres tasques, podrien gaudir d’una bona nutrició. Grandíssima idea!

Granja: cuando llegué en el orfanato, la santa casa disponía de una granja con un montón de animales de donde se sacaban hasta 5.000 huevos por semana!, nutritivamente muy valiosos en lugares donde los precios de la carne y el pescado son prohibitivos; así podían ser alimentariamente independientes y los niños, que colaboraban en el mantenimiento y otras tareas, podrían disfrutar de una buena nutrición. Grandísima idea!

Farm: when I arrived in the orphanage, they had a farm with lots of animals from where they got up to 5,000 eggs per week, nutritiously very valuable in places where the meat and the fish prices are forbidden; thus they could have their own autonomy for feeding the children, who, at the same time, collaborated in the maintenance and other tasks, and could have a good nutrition. Great idea!

Ferme : quand je suis arrivé dans l'orphelinat, ils disposait d'une ferme d'où ils pouvaient obtenir jusqu'à 5.000 oeufs par semaine !, nutritivement très précieux dans des lieux où les prix de la viande et le poisson sont prohibitifs ; ils pouvaient ainsi être alimentairement indépendants et les enfants, qui collaboraient au maintenance et d'autres tâches, pourraient jouir d'une bonne nutrition. Grand idée!
