Court order handed down for removal of the name, images and works of Dalí from the Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona, known as the "Dalí museum" in this city.

In a decision dated 12 June 2012, the Commercial Court no. 3 of Barcelona ordered the company Faber Gòtic, S.L. (managed by Juan Javier Bofill) to remove from the Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona located beside Barcelona Cathedral the name Dalí, photos of the artist and works said to belong to the collection of sculptures he made for Isidro Clot (known as the “Clot Collection”).

The court decision likewise imposed a penalty on Faber Gòtic for acts of unfair competition by having created the impression that the exhibition had the backing of Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí, on which count Faber Gòtic was ordered to pay an indemnity.

The Forum Building also known as Museu Blau de les Ciències Naturals, is an architectural landmark in Barcelona designed by the Swiss architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron (Herzog & de Meuron),.The building is triangular in shape, measuring 180 metres on each side and 25 metres in height, located within the triangle formed by Diagonal Avenue, Rambla de Prim and the Ronda Litoral.

The Forum was the symbol of the controversial 2004 Universal Forum of Cultures and the serious flaws that arose during its construction were widely covered in both the Spanish national and foreign press. The building has become a political bone of contention, with the opposition parties in both Barcelona Council and the Parliament of Catalonia demanding to know why it cost so much (of the order of US $144 m).

Edifici Gas Natural also Torre Mare Nostrum is a skyscraper completed in 2005, has 20 floors and rises 86 meters. It has an innovative and distinctive look because at the bottom are two protruding blocks used as part of the building. This is headquarters of Gas Natural Company. Lies close to the two other skyscrapers: Hotel Arts and Torre Mapfre. It is one of examples of High-tech architecture in the city.

Barcelona's golden fish sculpture, known as Peix, is one of many pieces of public art found in and around the city. The piece sits in the Port Olimpic at the base of a large skyscraper, the Hotel Arts, one of the tallest buildings in the city.Renowned architect Frank O. Gehry was commissioned to build the piece for the 1992 Summer Olympics, which were held in Barcelona and brought the city to the attention of the world. It faces the sea and measures 35 by 54 meters (about 114 by 177 feet).

Barcelona's golden fish is made of stone, steel, and glass. Its copper-colored shiny metal plates sparkle in the sunshine and make the sculpture a real eye catcher. The sculpture can be seen from several of Barcelona's beaches.

Gehry, a Canadian architect based in Los Angeles, is best known for his many notable structures throughout the world including the Stata Center in Cambridge near Boston, the Dancing House in Prague, the Pritzker Pavilion at the Millennium Park in Chicago, the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, the stunning 8 Spruce Street in New York City and many more eye-catching structures.
