Terminal (telnet) login SeOngs 

o  Setup login user name and password of target terminal for auto‐recording and auto‐execu<on 

Auto‐record/execute Shell Scripts o  User inputs at telnet terminal (ANSI, VT‐XXX) with prompts and 

execu<on returns will be auto‐recorded o  Customized shell scripts will be auto‐executed by processing 

the prompts and execu<on returns in terminal(s) 

User Defined Parameters Support o  Setup user defined parameters that can be used to check if the 

return of shell script execu<on is correct or not 

Regular Expression Support o  Check if the return of shell script execu<on matches the 

predefined regular expression 

Asser<on Support o  Check if the return of one shell script execu<on matches the 

predefined (1) prompt string content, (2) regular expression, or (3) prompt with user defined parameters 

Email No<fica<on Support o  Send email to user when (1) task finished (2) asser<on failed 

(3) task failed, or (4) at any point that user defined an email no<fica<on.
