Open Congress
Developed in Beta Feb. 27th, 2007, and version 1.0 was announced on January 28th, 2008.
Created by Sunlight Foundation and the
Participatory Politics Foundation, which seek to
build tools to facilitate citizen involvement.
The site is currently in active development, with many new features, data sources, and free tools to be released over 2009.
