Objective 2: Picture Processing Process

1. Take great pictures

2. Download pictures to C:/FOLDER

3. Review, rotate, remove pictures

4. Rename files & update photo info

5. Copy revised photos to appropriate network drive location

6. Upon confirmation of transfer, delete C:/FOLDER

1. Take great pictures

2. Download pictures to C:/FOLDER

3. Review, rotate, remove pictures

4. Rename files & update photo info

Objective 3: Image Resizer• Free Windows XP Powertoy• Retains original, full resolution file • Little quality degradation• Can use image for other

puporses (emailing, etc.)• EASY! Select ImagesRight-

ClickResize Pictures• Method:

– 1. Copy pictures to C:/FOLDER– 2. Resize pictures– 3. Insert pictures into PPT, save– 4. Delete folder

• DEMO Caution: the resized images are not to be used for high quality publications
