Xero Tracking Categories
• Xero Connect now allows you to add up to two tracking categories when you use Xero Connect to transfer:
1. Invoices
2. Credit Notes
3. Supplier Expenses
4. Staff Expenses
• Map what data is transferred from Synergy to the Xero Tracking Category in the Connect Settings Wizard.

• Xero allows you to create two tracking categories (codes).
• Setup in General Settings > Tracking

Tracking Category Mapping
• Xero Connect settings allow you map which Synergy data will use each Xero tracking category option.
• Map the following Synergy data to a tracking category:
1. Project - Office, Attribute (list or drop-down), or Project Manager
2. Sub Project – Sub Project Manager, Attribute (list or drop-down), Cost Centre, or Discipline.
3. Contact - Contact Account Manager
