Steps to Create a Security Group

1 On the navigation bar, click Admin.

2 Click Security.

3 Click New Group.

4 Enter a name and description for the group.

5 Under Group Privileges, select the checkboxes for the areas users should have rights.

6 Clear the checkboxes for areas that users should not have rights.

7 If applicable, select a privilege, and then click Options to define additional rights.

8 Click Save and Close.
