A certain day on October 2010

Morning

Got a visitor’s tag in exchange for identity card temporary, and went into the conference room for a presentation on how water is treated in Brunei.

! ! ! ! ! ! After a long presentation, came brunch ! ! ! ! ! ! time, and a quick visit to the labs, where ! ! ! ! ! ! they test the waters for bacteria and ! ! ! ! ! ! harmful chemicals. Course-mates are armed ! ! ! ! ! ! with cameras taking pictures of the labs ! ! ! ! ! ! and its surrounding.

Mid-morning

A tour around the lab. Built in with long bench and divided in to sections.

Each section is dedicated for a specific task. Picture on the right shows that the pH of the water is tested there.

Other tests that are run along the bench are testing for the colour of the water, the clarity and the amount of ammonia.

Mengkubau

Late Morning

Field trip to Mengkubau. Slight problem with it. We’re all not sure if this is the place.
