•As a Software Provider we have to follow the customer needs and they have a vision more focused on contracting problems (processing more that relationship)

•There is a big and growing offer on electronic public procurement systems but there is no so big demand on contracting authorities.

•Electronic Public Procurment means a big TRANSFORMATION this must be understood as an adaptative lidership problem not as a technologic challenge.
