Western Colorado Dinosaur Museum

And Mygatt-Moore Dinosaur Quarry

● I was able to visit the museum and quarry to observe and learn more about the “Dinosaur Era.”

● I met with Zach Cooper, the field director for the museum. I was able to get a close look at many of the fossils they were working on.

● I also learned of some of their new discoveries, such as what they believe was one of the first marsupials.

● I was able to visit a dig site, although they were not currently working there.

● Most of the photos presented here are labled within the picture.
