Suggestion &Recommendation

• Since Sabah Economic Development Corporation(SEDCO) did not implement FIVE (5) S yet withintheir organization, researchers believe theseimprovement tools are more powerful tools that canbe implemented at lower cost.

• A critical factor to successfully implementing andsustaining the benefits of a 5S program is thesignificant role employees will play. Actual areas offacility are chosen for improvement (Office, Filingroom, toilet, library as well as the wholeorganization). These areas serve as the practicalhands-on exercises for the application of each 5Stechnique.
