CONCLUSION1) Cell phones are now becoming a necessity for most Bruneians.

2) It is important to spend enough time with family to prevent the possible promotion of loneliness and isolation.

3) In reference of our survey, purchasing gadgets from Black Markets is not an option, as agreed by 78 out of 100 people, simply because it is illegal.

4) Changes in technology play a major role in changing user’s thought and perception on deciding which gadgets they want to purchase.

5) Limiting the use of technology can help to shorten the hours spent on surfing the internet.
