is a payment service developed by Spotdealers Ltd.It is an escrow-type of system protecting the interests of both trade

parties.

CEPS® SECURE PAYMENTS

2. Availability is confirmed from the Seller.

1. Buyer makes a purchase decision, and clicks the Buy Now –button on the Trading Table.

3. Order Confirmation is sent to the Buyer.



6. Buyer pays the pro-forma invoice to the CEPS® -account.

4. Invoicing details are electronically transferred from the Trading Table to Spotdealers’ accounting system.

5. Pro-forma invoice is formed and sent to the

Buyer.



7. Seller sees the status of the payment on Trading Table, in My Account –section. When the funds are paid on the CEPS

®

-account, the status changes to Payment Received. The goods can then be dispatched.

8. When the goods arrive at the destination, the Buyer accepts the delivery,

after which the funds will be released to the Seller.

9. The funds are paid to the Seller, with a gain of 0,5% interest when Seller fully accepts the CEPS

®

payment terms.
