ABOUT SMART CITY KALUNDBORG

An €18 million project with a 50% grant from the Danish

Energy Agency.

THE VISION

Demonstrate using the existing city infrastructure, how

energy usage can be optimized. It will happen through

making systems, controlling electricity, water, heat,

transport and buildings ”talk” to one another.

It will be facilitated though an open platform

interconnecting numerous companies providing

technology and knowledge.
