DESCRIPTION
In this Solid Edge Draft hands-on training session, we will take a look at some of the new tools offered in ST5 Draft environment. These tools include Alternate Position Views, Section View Hatch Override, Balloon Enhancements, Callout Aspect Ratio, Dimension Enhancements, Dimension Alignment, and Tables and Parts List. Another area we will focus on is enhancements to dimensions formatting which will cover aligning dimension and working with the formatting. New enhancement to make drawings more user-friendly and comply with company standards.

Presenter background:
Steve is an Applications Engineer in the Solid Edge Field Support group. He has over 25 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering and Mechanical CAD. He has held roles as an Application Engineer and Educator at Siemens PLM Software, PTC, Saratech Inc and Moderntech SI. Before moving into the CAD Industry, Steve applied his CAD knowledge in industries including hydraulic gear pumps, high speed packaging equipment, and textile equipment. He holds a two year drafting certification from the Williamston Career and Technology Center.

From the properties pulldown select New Table.
Click anywhere on the sheet.

Change from Top-Level to Atomic list

Now notice you have 14 sheets
