Exchange work tools on BRANSON U.S. machines.1. Preparation of the welded tool.

2. To expose an operating conditions. Look the appendix (Exchange weld setup or in the instruction manual. Chapter-4).

3. To OFF a power supplier.





CHANGE ACTUATOR.4. To remove actuator and down a landing payment.

5. To touch actuator. (See Chapter 4: Assembly the Acoustic Stack.)



Note: The effort on Manoskop key should be exposed according to the specified data in the working instruction



6. To establish the down tool and actuator.

7. To fix a forward cover that actuator.



ADJUSTMENT ACTUATOR.8. Turn off air pressure up to 0 (kPa).

9. Expose concerning centering pins, horn and the down tool or from to center them by means of a welded detail.

10. To fix a forward cover and the down tool.

Note: The effort on Manoskop key should be exposed 20 (inc/lb).



11. To expose mechanical stop screw.

11. To lift air pressure up to 100 (kPa) and after to on the feed.

12. Turn ON Power Supplier.



Installation of parallel between tools.12. To lift air pressure up to 300 (kPa).

13. Turn off DOWN SPEED up to 20 (%).

14. To weaken fixing and adjusting bolts on a Base Mounting Centers.



15. To put in the down tool a welded detail.

16. To press button HORN DOWN to lower Horn in a welded detail established in the down tool. Look the Chapter (Adjustment Leveling or in the instruction manual.Chapter 6.11 Using the Horn Down Feature). Press start switches.

17. To tighten adjusting and fixing bolts on a Base Mounting Centers.



18. To press button HORN DOWN.

19. To check and to expose operating conditions.
