Client Partnership ModelProject To Project
The client provides detailed project description document either in an email or Skype. They can also describe entireproject requirements over Skype with one of our project coordinators.
Phase 1: Project Preparation
A meeting between the project coordinators & the technical team will be held to specify therequirements of the project in a RSD – Requirement Specification Document. Any client queriesrelated to the document would be answered via email or Skype by the project coordinator.
As soon as the client approves the estimate, we create a proper project environment concerning,for example the implementation of PMS ( Project Management System).
Based on the RSD, Rigel Networks creates a detailed estimate for the given project, containing a task list with details ofmodules & technologies as well as estimated hours needed. The hourly rate for the project depends on the technology,complexity of the tasks & the continuity of the cooperation. We never bill more than the estimated amount of hours

Our project coordinators will be always available for the live communication via Skype and email during the entiredevelopment phase.
Phase 2: Project Execution
After the fulfilment of every defined milestone & after completion of the project, our technical team uploads thecurrent project on the testing server. The testing methodologies will be defined within the project preparationphase.
As soon as we receive the project, our technical team will upload the final project on the client server, afterreceiving the credentials for the same.
The client receives an invoice along with the conditions of the payment via e-mail after the completion of the project.
The client receives a feedback form to fill after the completion of the project in order to evaluate the lastcollaboration. We can improve process & our partnership due to honest client feedback.
Rigel Networks provides the client with a maintenance & consultancy service as per the terms & conditions,after completion of the project.

The client transfers the job descriptions along with the infrastructure requirements to the project co-ordinators.
Phase 1: Building up a Dedicated Team
The client can mention required specifications to the project coordinator via direct communication. We willthen search for the appropriate profiles to build up the team based on those requisites.
The client can select an apt candidate (Developer or Developer team) by interviewing them over a Skypeconference.
Rigel Networks will search & provide dedicated resources to the client based on a basic interview, along with thegeneric resumes having education, practical experience & hourly rate.

Phase 2: Dedicated Team
In order to ensure an uncomplicated cooperation between the developers & the client, a common systemenvironment is setup between them, be it common hardware & software systems, PMS, tools, processes &communications.
The delivery method will be as per the request of the client. However, reporting of the developers wouldbe done on the daily or weekly basis as per the requirement of the client.
Resources will be available all times on Skype during client’s time as well as over phone for ease of communication. Adedicated project manager will be assigned to the client at no cost to ensure success and for escalations

What are the conditions and the rate per hour?
Our hourly rates are based on the technology, Model (Project-to-Project / Dedicated Team), Kind of experience required, size of project etc.
Brief Terms & Conditions:
In Project-to-project:
If the project is less than 160 hours, then the payment is end of project after testing on our server but before deploying on your server.
If the project is greater than 160 hours, then there would be milestones along with estimates & payments in proposition to the milestones to be made. This is well defined in the estimate at the time of proposal.
For Dedicated Team
Note:
Whatever, we work upon, the intellectual property right remains with you and your client for whatever we do.
We also sign Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), if required.
At the end of month, invoice is generated of 160 hours or the actual number of hours worked upon and payment to be made in 5 working days.
